Client: CSU is the largest Independent Service Organization (ISO) in North America servicing high-volume copiers/duplicators and laser printers. CSU also rebuilds and sells printers and copiers/duplicators.

Challenge: A small independent service organization was competing against industry giants for business in the after-market high-speed copier industry.

Strategy: Created and distributed press packets containing a news release, company stories and background information including a timeline and feature article to media outlets. Efforts resulted in company stories in the Kansas City and St. Louis Business Journals.
